  1. 360 degree Round Kick 45 degree Il-Bow Foo-Jin, Front Leg Round Kick, Back Leg Round Kick, Front Punch, Back Punch
  2. Front Punch Rising Block, Back Punch (body), Front Round Kick
  3. Front Punch, Reverse Side Kick Back Punch (drawn by the Fake Front Punch of the attacker)

  Self Defense Against Kicks
    Attacker Defender
  1. Back Leg Front Kick (right) Trapping with left hand, grab lapel with right hand, stepping through with right leg, Sweep
  2. Back Leg Round Kick (right) Universal block (back hand up), left hand trap upward forming a 90 degree angle, pulling with right hand, pushing with the left.
  3. Back Leg Side Kick X-Block downward redirecting leg toward the right, grabbing shoulders from behind, take-down while stepping back with right foot dropping to right knee to secure
 
E. Red Belt Test - 4th Stripe (28 Lessons)

  ** Children may test on "D" for extra credit
  ** Adults may choose "C" or "D" for their next belt, but are responsible for both at their stripe test.
