  2. Pull-Off Hook/Round Kick, Step-Up Side Kick, 1-2 Punch
  3. Jump Away Side Kick, Reverse Side Kick, 1-2 Punch
 
B. 1st Stripe to 2nd Stripe (14 Lessons)

  Self Defense with a Stick
    Attacker Defender
  1. Same Side Wrist Grab Palm Heel Strike, Trap Hand, Rolling stick around counter clockwise (stick parallel to floor), Pressure forearm downward.
  2. Lunge Punch Outside Knife Hand Block, Grab, Strike (with stick - body), Strike (elbow), Slide stick in front of neck, Take down
  3. Kick (any back leg kick) Redirect (with stick), Striking (front knee then back knee), Step Behind, Trap neck, Take down.
 
E. Brown Belt Test - 4th Stripe (28 Lessons)
    Children Adults
  1. A through C A through D
  2. 4-Count Hook Kick, Round Kick 4-Count Hook Kick, Round Kick
  3. 6-Count Double Round Kick, Double Side Kick 6-Count Double Round Kick, Double Side Kick
  ** Adults may choose "C" or "D" for their next belt, but are responsible for both at their stripe test.
