B. 1st Stripe to 2nd Stripe (14 Lessons)

C. 2nd Stripe to 3rd Stripe (21 Lessons)

D. 2nd Stripe to 3rd Stripe (21 Lessons) Adults Only **
  Self Defense from the Rear
    Attacker Defender
  1. Two Hand Choke Turn Clockwise, Right arm circles high trapping attacker's arms, Knee (groin), Palm Heel (face), Hook (ribs)
  2. Bear Hug Stomp foot, Rear Head Butt, Step out with left foot into Horse Stance, Double Punch and break hold, Elbow Strike, Grab arm and Shoulder/Hip take down, Knee (ribs), Elbow break
  3. Full Nelson Tension with both hands on forehead, Step one leg behind attacker, Elbow (face), Take down over knee, Back Punch
 
E. Advanced Blue Belt Test - 4th Stripe (28 Lessons)
    Children Adults
  1. A through C A through D
  2. 5-Count Side Kick/Hook Kick 5-Count Side Kick/Hook Kick
  3. 6-Count Round Kick/Side Kick 6-Count Round Kick/Side Kick
  ** Children may test on "D" for extra credit
  ** Adults may choose "C" or "D" for their next belt, but are responsible for both at their stripe test.
