  3. Fake Pull-Off Side Kick, Three Point Blitz, Back Outside Crescent Kick

B. 1st Stripe to 2nd Stripe (20 Lessons)

  Self Defense with a Knife

  1. Knife to Throat (from behind) Trap hand, Elbow Strike, Hammer Fist (groin), Back Fist (face), Dropping to Right Knee turn left, pulling attacker over right shoulder, Palm Hell Strike (cheek)
  2. Horizontal Slash Stepping through, Double Knife Hand Block, bringing Right Arm Under Elbow Lock, drop down on attacker
  3. Overhead Strike High X-Block (right arm crossed over left), grab wrist, bring down toward the right, continue winding, step under arm, throw
 
E. Advanced Brown Belt Test - 4th Stripe (40 Lessons)
    Children Adults
  1. A through C A through D
  2. 9-Count Front Kick, Round Kick, Side Kick, Hook Kick 9-Count Front Kick, Round Kick, Side Kick, Hook Kick
  3. 6-Count Double Round Kick, Side Kick 6-Count Double Round Kick, Side Kick
  ** Children may test on "D" for extra credit
  ** Adults may choose "C" or "D" for their next belt, but are responsible for both at their stripe test.
