  One Step Sparring

  1. Front Punch Back Hand Palm, Front Punch
  2. Back Punch Il-Bow Foo-Jin, Front Side Kick
  3. Skip Round Kick Foo-Jin, Universal Block, Front Round Kick
 
D. 2nd Stripe to 3rd Stripe (21 Lessons) Adults Only **
  Self Defense Against Grabs
    Attacker Defender
  1. Same Side Wrist Grab Spearfinger to the throat, Trap with free hand, Raise opposite hand with Tiger Mouth, Turn Clockwise, Forearm Strike to elbow, Front Kick
  2. Opposite Side Wrist Grab Front Kick to groin, Trap with free hand, Turn opposite hand counterclockwise grabbing forearm, Apply pressure to wrist
  3. Head Lock Hammer Fist to groin, Elbow to ribs, Reach around under nose, Pull back over knee, Take down
 
E. Green Belt Test - 4th Stripe (28 Lessons)
    Children Adults
  1. A through C A through D
  2. 3-Count Round Kick 3-Count Round Kick
  3. 4-Count Side Kick 4-Count Side Kick
  ** Children may test on "D" for extra credit
  ** Adults may choose "C" or "D" for their next belt, but are responsible for both at their stripe test.
