B. 1st Stripe to 2nd Stripe (14 Lessons)

C. 2nd Stripe to 3rd Stripe (21 Lessons)

  1. Horizontal Slash Stepping through, Double Knife Hand Block, Continue stepping (360 degrees), take down, Knee (ribs)
  2. Overhead Strike (right hand) Side stepping with left foot, Reverse Block with right hand grab, Cannon Punch (underarm), Elbow (ribs), left hand grabs (head), Stepping back 180 degrees, Roll take down
  3. Reverse Slash Reverse Double Knife Hand Block, Stepping back X-Wrist Lock, Take down, Pancake (prone position)
 
E. Advanced Red Belt Test - 4th Stripe (28 Lessons)
    Children Adults
  1. A through C A through D
  2. 5-Count Double Front Kick/Round Kick 5-Count Double Front Kick/Round Kick
  3. 4-Count Double Side Kick 4-Count Double Side Kick
  ** Adults may choose "C" or "D" for their next belt, but are responsible for both at their stripe test.
