Hollywood Stunt Fighting Seminar

Come out and learn to fight like the movie stars

Arnold Chon and Geo Covera will be here September 17th to teach you all the tricks of the trade. Both have been in numerous movies, but they are both Power Kix students, Mr. Geo was even one of our instructors.

White - Advanced Red Belts 5:00 - 6:00pm

Brown Belt and up 6:15 - 7:30pm

The cost is $25 or $20 for Black Belt Club Members

Are you ready to get down and dirty?!

To better serve our students we are now offering Brazilian Ju-Jitsu classes twice per week. Classes are open to anyone, under 18's must be signed-up by legal guardian. No previous experience or uniform required, t-shirt and shorts is fine with groin cup and mouth guard. First 4 classes are FREE, then $80 for 10 classes.

NATIONAL WOMEN'S MARTIAL ARTS FEDERATION REGIONAL TRAINING

October 2nd - 3rd

This is going to be an incredible opportunity for out girls and women here at Power Kix. The National Women's Martial Arts Federation will be holding regional training here at Power Kix. This two day event will offer training seminars in many different styles all under one roof!!

If you have studied martial arts in the past, practice currently, or have ever thought about getting involved, this is the weekend for you. All fitness levels and styles welcome. Ages 12 & up.

Self Defense For Charity

Saturday, September 25th 1 - 5pm

For the benefit of "Sparrow's Rest", a working farm and home in Madison, VA for children and young adults transitioning from Virginia Foster Care programs and rescue of injured and abused animals.

A suggested donation of $25 is requested, space is limited. For anyone age 13 and up.
