What's Our Quest?
To Be The Best!

What is American Tae Kwon Do?
Tae Kwon Do is a Korean martial art designed for unarmed self-defense specializing mainly in various kicking techniques. Our system incorporates kicking, boxing, and situational self-defense to create a more versatile martial arts system.

About Our Classes
We will introduce Adults at POWER KIX Martial Arts, to a mega-workout that incorporates cardiovascular training with exercises that develop muscle, strength and flexibility. Benefits of this training are weight loss, stress reduction and improved self-confidence. Also, our flexible schedule of at least 7 classes each day offers families the opportunity to train together.

Remember:
The family that Kix together ... sticks together!

For Children, our dynamic children's classes offer unique drills and exercises that will challenge and motivate students to perform at their best. As students progress, parents can expect to see improvements in concentration, coordination, self-esteem and discipline. These are qualities that they can take to all areas of their life.

For Turtles (4-6 years old), we offer a super program for younger kids that provides an outlet for that extra energy. All of these classes focus on developing coordination, concentration and discipline. Parents will be excited to see the change as their child grows into a dedicated member of our POWER KIX Martial Arts team.

This the ultimate aerobic workout. It is 45 minutes of sweating, calorie burning, and muscle building. The class includes jump roping, punching, kicking, bag workout, and exercise. This is the class to come to for the best workout around. Currently Kardio Kix is one of the biggest new aerobic crazes across the nation. Classes are held twice each week (see our schedule). Feel free to come by and try a class anytime.
