1.Two Hand Choke.Turn Clockwise, Right arm circles high trapping attacker's arms, Knee (groin), Palm Heel (face), Hook (ribs)
2.Bear Hug.Stomp foot, Rear Head Butt, Step out with left foot into Horse Stance, Double Punch and break hold, Elbow Strike, Grab arm and Shoulder/Hip take down, Knee (ribs), Elbow break
3.Full Nelson.Tension with both hands on forehead, Step one leg behind attacker, Elbow (face), Take down over knee, Back Punch
Advanced Blue Belt Self Defense Against Kicks
ATTACKERDEFENDER
1.Back Leg Front Kick (right).Trapping with left hand, grab lapel with right hand, stepping through with right leg, Sweep
2.Back Leg Round Kick (right).Universal block (back hand up), left hand trap upward forming a 90 degree angle, pulling with right hand, pushing with the left.
3.Back Leg Side Kick.X-Block downward redirecting leg toward the right, grabbing shoulders from behind, take-down while stepping back with right foot dropping to right knee to secure.
Red Belt Self Defense Against a Knife
ATTACKERDEFENDER
1.Horizontal Slash.Stepping through, Double Knife Hand Block, Continue stepping (360 degrees), take down, Knee (ribs).
2.Overhead Strike (right hand).Side stepping with left foot, Reverse Block with right hand grab, Cannon Punch (underarm), Elbow (ribs), left hand grabs (head), Stepping back 180 degrees, Roll take down.
3.Reverse Slash.Reverse Double Knife Hand Block, Stepping back X-Wrist Loc, Take down, Pancake (prone position).
Advanced Red Belt Self Defense With A Stick
ATTACKERDEFENDER
1.Same Side Wrist Grab.Palm Heel Strike, Trap Hand, Rolling stick around counter clockwise (stick parallel to floor), Pressure forearm downward.
2.Lunge Punch.Outside Knife Hand Block, Grab, Strike (with stick - body), Strike (elbow), Slide stick in front of neck, Take down.
3.Kick (any back leg kick).Redirect (with stick), Striking (front knee then back knee), Step Behind, Trap neck, Take down.
Brown Belt Self Defense With A Knife
ATTACKERDEFENDER
1.Knife to Throat (from behind).Trap hand, Elbow Strike, Hammer Fist (groin), Back Fist (face), Dropping to Right Knee turn left, pulling attacker over right shoulder, Palm Hell Strike (cheek).
2.Horizontal Slash.Stepping through, Double Knife Hand Block, bringing Right Arm Under Elbow Lock, drop down on attacker.
3.Overhead Strike.High X-Block (right arm crossed over left), grab wrist, bring down toward the right, continue winding, step under arm, throw.
